Tell us about your family. I have a wife, Jeanne and children Kim, K.C., Zane, Levi, Deena and Chad. I also have 15 grand kids.

What was your reaction when you were asked to be a Star? I have been a participant in many fundraisers as a chef, but not as an individual.

Why should the public come to this event and support you and your partner? It's the supporters that make the event. I challenge everyone I have cooked for and had the privilage to be a part of their special moment to help me and my partner Georgia make one more "big special moment" I will never forget!
